Adequate visualization of the property is one of the most important aspects of selling. Pictures from the air are a perfect complement to the offer, allowing you to show the object in its entirety. They present its surroundings and location, and are also an excellent promotional material. Pictures from the drone bring out the qualities of the object that are impossible to capture from the ground, because photographing the plot from such a perspective will not show all its advantages. Thanks to the aerial view, we can show their attractive location, at the same time documenting aspects important for the investor, such as the proximity of communication routes, beautiful surroundings, neighborhood.
Inventories and inspections with the use of a drone allow you to immediately view places that are usually inspected with conventional equipment and usually consumes a lot of time and resources. Inaccessible roof tops, wind turbines, telecommunications and radio masts are immediately available. The orthophotomap allows you to determine the correctness of the course of construction and excavation works and to check whether they do not go beyond the investment area. By cyclically performing photogrammetric raids, we can monitor the construction progress.
The use of a drone in agriculture seems unobvious. As in almost every field, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles is also used here.
All losses in agricultural crops are fully visible from the air. From the ground, it is often difficult to estimate the area of flooding, losses caused by animals or diseases. The drone photo plan will allow you to calculate the exact size of the losses, which is the basis for further claims
The hydration inventory based on a photoplan and classic measurement is an excellent attachment to the submitted documentation confirming the implementation of the business plan assumptions and the use of funding. In addition, they allow for trouble-free localization and determination of the depth of cables for troubleshooting or modernization.
The aerial photomap allows you to quickly calculate the number of trees existing or dead in a huge area. In the case of visible damage to the orchard, it allows to estimate losses or determine the area of disease occurrence.
Marking field slopes or changes in height along the length of drainage ditches will help to plan the appropriate water management in crops.
The use of a drone to check the insured property allows for the inventory of places invisible from the ground. In the case of roofs or chimneys, it is often impossible to see their structure. This enables us to use a drone. In the event of damage to the roof, we are able to calculate the torn area and take accurate photos of it. Aerial shots are invaluable when insuring orchards, forests and other large-scale crops (more in the agriculture section).
Updating data is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive task. A lot of time has to be spent in the field to reveal all irregularities and complete the data. The creation of an up-to-date orthophotomap of the area to be modernized will allow most of the data to be updated in the course of office work and precise planning of activities in the field.
Buildings that are not listed in the base are immediately revealed. Existing buildings are checked for surface and location.
By analyzing the data from the photogrammetric measurement, we can obtain any cross-section showing real heights in any area, not only in the place of the physical measurement. This means trouble-free data acquisition in inaccessible and dangerous areas.
It is a clear way to present the amount of stored material in the form of a table. Values are expressed in cubic meters. Visualization on an orthophotomap allows for quick identification of stored materials, excluding the possibility of a mistake.
Photogrammetric measurement with the use of UAV, with the minimum support of classical measurement, allows for extremely precise calculation of the volume of heaps, the composition of loose materials, excavations, dumps and mining excavations.
Thanks to the photo visualization, you can avoid mistakes when determining the fractions and types of stored material. Contrary to the classic measurement, which results in generalization of the surface, the photogrammetric method ensures extreme precision thanks to the faithful representation of the terrain. The accuracy of the volume measurement may be up to 0.5%.
Using this method, you can make any measurements in the office that would not be possible to perform by the classic method without additional field work. This technology reduces the amount of time you have to spend in a hazardous environment. In addition, it eliminates the need to stay in hazardous places, such as the edge of an excavation.
Contours can be generated as 2D or 3D polylines. We can create contours of any pitch and height range of the model.
In the mining industry, spatial models have countless applications. Comparing point clouds allows you to calculate changes in the volume of the poured material or to make an inventory of landslides. By comparing the cloud before and after the material has been shot, we can precisely calculate the amount of raw material removed.
Numerical terrain model, DEM (Digital Elevation Model), DTM (Digital Terrain Model), are extremely useful tools for engineers, designers and investors from almost every industry. A real, digital image of the terrain surface is created from a set of selected points with known XYZ coordinates by means of interpolation algorithms. Data in the form of a point cloud, triangle mesh (TIN) and other interpolation methods provide enormous amounts of information and are impossible to obtain in classic field measurements, and the possibilities of their use are countless.

This means that they can measure distances and areas that accurately reflect the physical situation on the ground. The photomaps we make are fitted to the photogrammetric matrix, which allows to obtain centimeter accuracy on the map.
